Anchor, Tough Mintmark to Find! The anchor mintmark was used between the years 1598 and 1600 and are quite hard to come by.This example has both a full, clear mintmark on the reverse, but a slight bend to the coin. There is also a small area of cracking around the edges at about 11 o'clock.
The coin is stable, however, and is in no danger of further damage (if not mistreated). Beautiful and hard to come by!The photos are of the actual coin you will receive. Please judge it according to the photos. Guaranteed genuine by Soper's Coins.
