The coin displays the bust of Charles C. Brooke, the ruler of Sarawak at the time, facing left with the legend C. SARAWAK surrounding it on the obverse. The reverse displays the denomination in the center surrounded by rope design and the legend FIVE.
The reverse also displays the mint mark "H" at the bottom below the knot. The coin has a reeded edge and is nicely toned and has great eye appeal.It is graded AU55 by PCGS and comes in a plastic holder so labelled. It is KM 8, should weigh 1.35 grams of 0.800 silver and is 15 mm in diameter. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.
